Dr. Gardner is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Tennessee at Martin in Organismal Biology.

Dr. Gardner specializes in family wellness. Her techniques include Diversified, Activator, Flexion-Distraction, and Webster Technique. She is certified in Functional Taping for Musculoskeletal Injuries and Graston Technique. She is also a Proficiency Rated Activator Doctor.

Dr. Gardner is a member of the Texas Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, and the League of Chiropractic Women. She is also a member of a local Kiwanis chapter and Professional Women of Williamson County. Starting in 2018, she is the Texas Chiropractic Association State Director for District 8.
